Today we completed 6 more lab stations for the Change Lab. Tomorrow we will do the last station and then discuss results. Lab Journals will be due Wednesday, complete and easy to read.

Tomorrow we will begin discussing phases/states of matter (ie.: solids, liquids, and gases) which has been investigated a little so far in the Change Labs.

Homework for Tuesday night is to make sure the Change Journal is complete and to fill in the “How can you make a physical and chemical change?” side to the chart given in class Tuesday.

The Volumania! lab paper was to be turned in today. Also, permission slips for Family Life were due today with a parent signature.

We started our Change Lab series. Groups were able to visit two lab stations. We are investigating and exploring physical and chemical changes. DO NOT lose your Change Journals. You will need them Monday when we continue with the lab.

Family Life sessions begin Monday, October 1.

” Two Ways to Change” is due today.

We are finishing the Volumania! Lab. Make sure to answer your conclusions questions for homework and check to see that you have correct units in your data chart. The lab write-up (green sheet) is due tomorrow.

Tomorrow, we will start the Change Labs. Be sure that you DO NOT LOSE your Change Journals!
