FIRST TRI-MESTER ACTIVITES :PREPARING FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTING ZONE FOOTBALL ,PHILLY FOOTBALL,BASKETBALL,AND FRISBEE. ALL SPORTS ARE PROCEDED WITH SKILL WORK AND RULES.WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD WE ARE INSIDE WITH INDOOR SOCCER IN THE GYM,OR IN THE CAFETORIUM WITH A VARIETY OF FUN ACTIVITIES,OR INTO OUR STATE OF THE ART FITNESS ROOM FOR SOME AEROBICS AND WEIGHT TRAINING. WE ROTATE TO A DIFFERENT AREA EVERY DAY. STUDENTS WILL BE PUSHED TO THIER PERSONAL BEST.
