creating lifelong fitness habits

FIRST TRI-MESTER ACTIVITES :PREPARING FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTING ZONE FOOTBALL ,PHILLY FOOTBALL,BASKETBALL,AND FRISBEE. ALL SPORTS ARE PROCEDED WITH SKILL WORK AND RULES.WHEN THE WEATHER IS BAD WE ARE INSIDE WITH INDOOR SOCCER IN THE GYM,OR IN THE CAFETORIUM WITH A  VARIETY OF FUN ACTIVITIES,OR INTO OUR STATE OF THE ART FITNESS ROOM FOR SOME AEROBICS AND WEIGHT TRAINING. WE ROTATE TO A DIFFERENT AREA EVERY DAY. STUDENTS WILL BE PUSHED TO THIER PERSONAL BEST.

CREATING LIFE LONG PHYSCAL EDUCATION HABITS

THIRD TRI-MESTER ACTIVES : CAFETORIUM VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES, CLIMBING WALL, AGILITY TESTING, JUMPING ROPE,PHYSICAL FITNESS [PER-TESTING] STRETCHING,BASKETBALL,VOLLEYBALL,AND FORM RUNNING. WEATHER PERMITTING OUTSIDE ACTIVE IS OPTION BALL,PUSH UP TEST ALWAYS PRECEDED BY RUNNING, SHORT STRETCH AND QUICK REVIEW OF OPTION BALL SKILLS.STUDENTS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO SMALL CO-ED GROUPS, CHANGING EACH DAY,AND PLAY A GAME.I WILL REF. ALL GAMES STUDENTS WILL ALSO HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO WEIGHT TRAIN A COUPLE OF DAYS A WEEK IN OUR STATE OF THE ART FITNESS ROOM.
